I called Allstate Mechanical to get pricing for the installation of a new hot water heater. The pricing was in line with other companies who are fully licensed and insured. Got some ridiculously cheap quotes from handyman companies and other plumbing contractors who most likely send unlicensed plumbers to do the actual installation. I decided to go legit on this because of previous issues with unlicensed contractors. My homeowner insurance policy won’t cover a claim unless all mechanical (plumbing and electrical) work is physically done by someone with a license). No surprises here. Job was done professionally, neatly and on time! The Owner actually did the installation himself! Would definitely recommend and will use this company again!
