Bright Horizons at First Stamford Place — Establishment and school at 300 First Stamford Place, Stamford, Connecticut.

My 10 month old infant was so unhappy when we put her in this day care. She has been to day care before so it wasn't something new to her. She wouldn't eat, she looked sad. I told them to retry feeding, play and feed or make her first comfortable and then feed. My main complaint is, they don't seem to be bothered if child is not happy or eating. I asked about the activities- nothing was replied back. I don't want my child to go to day care, stay hungry and perform no activities and for that i pay huge sum of money.

Most irritating, i found there was a lack of service and interest in the child or child care. Terrible experience so far
