    Renter Beware:

Let me start off by saying the building is beautiful, it is safe, and the neighborhood is great. very convenient walk to the train, and lots to do close by.

With that being said, working with the staff here is utterly frustrating. there is a constant turn around in the office because people can not stand to work in the mess and confusion here. Since moving in I have had countless maintenance request... all resulting in a replaced microwave, stove, washer, dryer, water heater, damaged floor due to water heater breaking/leaking, and 2 separate request for heating/air conditioning issues. Maintenence will give you the runaround and basically gaslight you into believing you are going crazy every time you put in a request. you have to submit the same problem 4 to 5 times before something will actually be done. They make you believe that they have fixed the issue, or that they are working on it, or act like it isn't broken. It took over 3 months to have a dryer replaced and the dryer was so loud it could be heard running all the way down the halls. you would have to run the dryer two times just to get a load of clothing dry.

Now we are currently facing an issue with parking. My partner and I pay $150 monthly for garage parking and yet we are only able to park our cars in the garage about half the month. The lot is always full and management will not acknowledge this issue. They have been "working on the problem" since October and there has been zero progress towards a solution. Every time we bring this issue up to management we are only met with an attitude and maybe if we are lucky a $10 credit will be added to our account for the inconvenience. One of the reasons we pay for parking is safety. Although the building is great the area can be a little rough at night and when I come home from work at 2 am, I am often times forced to park up the street in a not so safe area and walk home to my apartment alone.

My advice to someone looking to move here... DON'T. Pinnacle Living management company is run so incompetently it could make living in the most beautiful apartment miserable. If you are deciding to rent make sure that check EVERYTHING before moving in, and I MEAN EVERYTHING. You do not wan to have to go through a headache of having to reach out to the staff here.
