If you want a positive experience do Visit Subway. I always go to the branches that are in my area which happens to be Springdale in Stamford. And is always been wonderful. I've known every owner since the franchise opened and they've always been a number one quality, and going on to open many other franchises. Do yourself a favor just go there and enjoy!
