Great place to live, but you are paying for the quality. Avoid going month to month at all costs, as it is double your normal rent. The parking situation is quite a hassle too. I spent a few months parking in the neighborhood across the street because of this. The amenities are great: pool, pool tables, gym, basketball court, racquetball court, and meeting room. The nature walk around the premises is a relaxing respite from a long work day. I highly recommend living here.

We lived here for a little over a year and it is a miserable place. The concierge is a curmudgeon and the customer service rep is a Wiesel and loves to say "no" to any of your requests. Maintenance lets themselves into your apartment at least once a week to do random "maintenance" work because the place is built so cheaply. The fire alarm goes off twice a month. We had a water heater break and stains resurface from the cheap nasty carpet that only gets replaced every other tenant. Upon leaving they kept our security deposit. Stay away.
